3k-5k? wow i expected it to be like 7k...maybe 3k-5k is some not-so-good soundproofing , well but at least i know i can do some soundproofing with 3k-5k. Thanks =)

Sound proofing isn't cheap. Cheaper solution will be to stop listening. Grab a headphone and cover your ears.

When you go into some hotels, there have waterwalls outside. This is to absorb the sound waves.. So that inside will be less noisy or quite. -

i want to soundproof not for myself , but because i dont want to disturb others.
