At first i thought it was gonna be a pretty cool topic, could talk about gangster culture and all. Turns out i had to do some boring s-h-i-t i hardly saw had anything to do with GP.
My GP teacher said i had to find facts/stats/figures and short sentences about Youth Culture, and strangely she suggested things like youth associations.
Anyone cares to contribute? Maybe can suggest facts and stats from like
1) Sports scene - eg, sports sch
2) Music And arts - Sg idol, SYF
3) Leisure activities - wake boarding
4) Growing trends - Pre-marital sex
5) etc etc
And what associations and all are running the scene to encourage/curb them.

1) Sports scene - more people playing soccer, but still got some lepak 1.
2) Music And arts - many young people blindly follow the trend. wasting $$ to vote for singers they dun even know like sg idol and jue dui superstar.
3) Leisure activities - going out with friends, play lan (dota)
4) Growing trends - gang, premarital sex, suicide?
5) ...

it could do real good if someone could give me some links to some statistics on youth culture
