either u pace or u sprint and joglor. very simple one. sprint and run more fun because u get to overtake lots of people. pacing is boring because you're moving at the same speed. but it's alot easier to manage ur energy by pacing...
actualli i think 1 week is possible. normally pple don't train at all for 2.4 and they can pass with flying colours. and every year even if u dun do sports u will automatically improve like at least 1 min in your timing...so it's possible. just run everyday for that 1 week except 2 days before your run. you should improve by lik 1-2 mins at least...
oh yeah and taking your trial runs durin PE lesson is also important. it may not train ur stamina much but in my opinion it trains u in how to manage ur energy...and breathing all these. it's lik the technique behind 2.4...
my time was 9:23 and im 16. it's quite ok i think. i did sprint n jog and was overtaken by one pacing. damn. lol
