Vehicular Accident at 33 Harbour Drive
SCDF was alerted to a case of a vehicular accident at 33 Harbour Drive. SCDF resources which included 2 Fire Engines, 2 Supporting Vehicles and 1 ambulance were immediately dispatched to the incident site.
Upon the arrival, the driver’s cabin of a container truck was found crushed. The driver was trapped in the driver’s cabin. Prior to SCDF’s arrival, the in-house emergency response team was already at the scene. With the help of a forklift, SCDF and the in-house emergency response team worked together to extricate the driver. Hydraulic rescue tools had to also be used by SCDF during the incident.

When the container somehow rammed infront into the cabin, it left him fatally wounded...
