SINGAPORE: Two lorries collided on the Central Expressway before the Tampines Expressway on Thursday morning.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) rushed two firebikes, one red rhino, one supportive appliance and one ambulance to the scene.
One of the drivers, a 45-year-old man, had both his legs pinned under the lorry's dashboard.
SCDF extricated him from the vehicle using a hydraulic spreader.
He was conscious throughout the entire process.
He suffered pain on his left shin and left shoulder and was sent to the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
