SINGAPORE: Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers were alerted to an incident at 3 Benoi Road at 11.39am on Friday.
SCDF said there was no fire at the location when its officers arrived.
Its officers conveyed 4 casualties, who were suffering from burns, to hospital.
Two were sent to National University Hospital, while the other two were sent to the Singapore General Hospital.
