SINGAPORE: Fire gutted a workshop at Tannery Lane, near Macpherson on Saturday morning.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it was alerted about the fire at about 5.10am.
Its firefighters, who were at the scene within four minutes, found the fire raging on the first and mezzanine level of the unit.
They
took about an hour to put out the fire, using six water jets, including
one water jet from an aerial firefighting appliance.
SCDF also conducted search operations to ensure that no one was trapped.
It said no one was injured.
