i believe the duo would be punished but in view of their years of performance and contributions, the judge would pass a lighter sentence.
but the public also want to expose the real identity of the woman...
aside, if the procurement system is that speckless, there would not be increasing no. of civil servants being caught to date....so there should be some tightening process to do as well....by having a panel comprising of anonymous specialists, experts, independent officials to vote/ witness the award than to allow one to have a final say....that would greatly minimize the risk of corruption/ misconduct....

notwithstanding the defaults of the duos, she is the root cause of the whole matter. Her identity should be exposed to remind the public of such similar women the kind of shameless damage she could do to the society...

To be fair....the duos, after the judgement, should first apologise to their wives and families of their follies before the media....i believe this day will come..and the most painful part is still their wives and children ...
the greatest public apology must still come from the vixen....she cannot go without a tight conscience slap..
hopefully there may be other unrevealed offences in her conduct of business...

but why no one blame on the 2 ex chiefs? surely they must be blamed for their own predicament isnt it and shame to their top post, and to their family and friends. if they are sacked or asked to leave even if no criminal conviction, who would want to employ them, unless they leave spore and seek employment in other countries like TT Durai.
