A spokesperson from the SCDF says:
"We received a call about this incident at 1654 hours.
"The location given to us was 1 Fullerton Square overhead bridge near the Fullerton Hotel.
"We dispatched two fire engines and one ambulance.
"We were informed that a crane had hit the overhead bridge.
"Upon arrival at the scene, we found that only debris had fallen onto the road.
"No one was injured."

That ariel plaza was there long before Fullerton Hotel was born. Can't remember what it was called.
Also don't know how many times it has been hit by cranes, pilings rigs, and other mounted machinery.
