Another body found in Bedok Reservoir on Saturday morning
Published on Nov 5, 2011Another body was found in Bedok Reservoir on Saturday morning.
Police said they received a call at 9.15am informing them of a body, believed to be a Chinese male, in the waters of the reservoir.
Paramedics pronounced him dead at around 9.45am.
Police have classified the case as an unnatural death and are investigating.

They should have performed the ritual at 1130 pm.
I am not sure whether the ritual will help the soul in the bedok reservior or they should have saved the money for soul that need help.
They are missing the point completely.
It is the problems that the people are facing that drove them to take their life and not the soul that may have resided in the reservior.
Will the ritual prevent people from taking their life ?
It is like installing CCTV around singapore as a flood solution.

Nowadays folks can't throw themselves onto the tracks, so they drown themselves in the reservoir, which in my opinion is a worse option because we drink water from the reservoir.
Maybe they can consider removing the barricades from the MRT platforms.
I'd rather they kill themselves on the tracks than in our drinking water.

how about PUB barricading the reservoir, follow the MRT lead.

Remove the barricades from the MRT platforms and install them over at Bedok Reservoir

its becuase singaporeans sillyporeans always show compassion to those who cmommit suicide, and at prominent areas. sure life is hard, whose isn't? die nevermind but when that person die you know why they chose to go down in a blaze of glory? deep down they die but want to be known after their deatn if not why they choose hot spot? and their puny minds don;t teasure death nevermind they die at the expense of others; incone=venience!
sillyporeans should stop publishing news, morun (georgie still can be there to join religious group comfort the dead!), or even pity them. we stop doing that you will see tthat suicide cases in spore il revert back to normal, no more jumping tracks, drowing death at casinoes and reservioir. otherwise gahmen shouls et up fuunds to get bagla to build suicide groups and trorue chambers, so thaose who want to can pay a small fee and go die there, casket companies can also standby there and have buisness.

poor police officers of bedok police hq sure is now working lots of OT and under alot of pressure to solve the cases

Hmm... i suspect a rival developer of the condos along bedok reservoir road, may be behind this. Such publicity could unpopularize and devalue the properties in the vicinity.
BTW, as we know, singapore pools have always been looking for new ways introduce any new form of betting. They are now looking at the possibility of introducing a new bet:
"Predict the exact number of dead bodies found at Bedok reservoir by 31/Dec/2011"

Stop that, and they will find a new location.

they should make an invisible fence there that triggers 100,000 kilovotls of electricity if anyone goes near it and put a warning sign 'no suicide please' there. just in case someone who ants to die really go bump the chicken invisible wall, then at least he gets electrocuted, a bloody charred corpse no need to cremeate
