Fire breaks out at Damai Secondary

  STOMPer Secret and other students of Damai Secondary as well as staff, were asked to evacuate the school at Bedok Reservoir Road, after one of the school's rooms caught fire.
  
  Said the STOMPer in an email:
  
  "At 10.30am the fire alarm rang.
  
  "Apparently the entire Gu Zheng CCA room caught fire.
  
  "At least six civil defence vehicles arrived at the school."
  
  A spokesperson from the SCDF said:
  
  "SCDF received a call at 10.34am, from Damai Secondary School in Bedok Reservoir Road.
  
  "The fire was extinguished using an internal hose reel.
  
  "Contents of the fire were musical equipment in the storeroom.
  
  "No casualties were reported.
  
  "Investigations are on-going."
