For SCDF driver, how many mileage to clock to get class 3??..

SCDF driver can become SGT or not.. they say those become SGT posting to store :(
the youngest driver I've came across is a CPL who's an ambulance driver..
and the rest are all SGTs who are ambulance drivers as well but they are the abangs..
