SINGAPORE: The body of a Malay man believed to be in his 20s was recovered from the Singapore River Thursday morning.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force received a call about a man falling into the river near Coleman Bridge at about 7am this morning.
A search was conducted by divers from SCDF's Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team.
The body was found about 45 minutes later.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
