SINGAPORE: A collision between a trailer and a private bus left 28 people injured and two with head injuries.
The accident happened at about 8.20 on Friday morning at the
junction of Tuas South Ave 3 and Tuas South Ave 5.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) despatched five ambulances, two
mini vans and a fire engine to the scene.
No one was trapped when SCDF officers arrived.
13 casualties were sent to the National University Hospital and the rest
to Alexandra Hospital.

Can, the insurance covering the bus, includes the passengers.

you mean the bus company got buy insurance so they claim from the insurance company and than use the money to pay those injured in the accident?
