Fire breaks out at paper recyling plant at Pandan Road
SINGAPORE: A fire broke out at a paper recycling plant at Pandan Road at about 3.30pm on Monday.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said a pile of scrap paper about
three storeys high caught fire. The flames were brought under control
in 30 minutes.
The unaffected scrap paper was removed by the company with a fork lift.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
