  quite common. everyone knows that these kinda things are happening, but just sweep under carpet..

  last time they got warn la, that these sort of things are not to be done, but.. it's not actively enforced.

  Says the Singapore Civil Defence Force in an email to STOMP about this incident:

   

  "Preliminary investigation shows that this incident had happened sometime last year when a small group of NSFs newly posted to one of our fire stations were involved in a prank during non-active duty period .

   

  "The matter was not brought to the attention of their supervisors.
  
  "The SCDF takes a serious view and do not condone such acts.

   

  "We have a directive issued to our personnel against conducting or participating in any form of ragging activities in the Force; and there are provisions for punishment to be meted out to offenders.

   

  "All our regular and NSF personnel have also been briefed on this as well. We are conducting a full investigation into this case. Strong disciplinary action will be taken against those involved. "

  sometimes i dont understand stomp.

  not like they doing it in public. 

  not like the guy "tortured" will have unpleasent memories. in fact, he is laughing and seems to enjoy the attention.

  not like the stomper is involved.

  the only other reason i can see why the stomper stomp is cause the stomp want the bdsm instead and got jealous.

  even if he was enjoying it at the time.. i'm pretty sure he doesn't appreciate whoever who took the vid to post it on youtube or smth, unless he post it in himself.

  anyway, i'm supportive of outlawing this culture.
