What it means when you're being dispatched to scdf?

  Hi I would like to know what it means when you're dispatched to scdf for ns. For me, it can't be my academic qualifications cos i know where i stand. So it was rather bothering when i heard i'm going to to scdf. are there other reasons for this? its not that i have anything against scdf, just that i do not want to mix with the wrong ppl. you guys know what i mean. thanks.

  it means nothing. u are just not posted to police or army.

  apparently you did your homework and found out my school. i am not ruling out that possibility but it fells really wierd when all you friends are in the army. thats all. just my 2 cents worth.

  isnt that better for you to shine? dun underestimate the merits of those who is enlisted into scdf..

  being in SCDF is gd as I've served my NS with SCDF as well..

  you can get to learn skills which you can apply even after you ORD..

  my batch got VJC, TJC, HCJC people all come SCDF what. wont die one.
