Fire burnt two houses at Hertford Road
SINGAPORE : A fire burnt two houses at Hertford Road in the early hours of Friday.
The blaze also damaged a car and a motorcycle. Fortunately, no one was
injured because four occupants in one of the houses had fled to safety.
The other house was vacant.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said the fire was put out within 15 minutes.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. - CNA /ls
