Questions about SCDF...

I've just finished my NS in army and am going on to study University. This might sound unbelivable to some of you, but I'm harbouring thoughts of joining the SCDF after I graduate.
To the SCDF ppl out there, what's your take on this? What's life like as a firefighter? Anyone went over to SCDF from army? Can share?

University? u can find even better job outside SCDF. unless the course u studied in University is inline in wat u r planning to work in scdf. actually alot of U-grade officer planned to resigned and go outside to work
