Some BRT Questions

  Hi all, I've got a few qns about BRT.
  
  Firstly, is there staying in during the course of BRT? If there is, is it for the 1st 3 weeks or longer?
  
  Secondly, when will we have the interviews for ERS?
  
  Thirdly, when will we know which unit we are posted to because i heard that those in ERS need not go through the 7-weeks training, is that right?
