Fire at chocolate warehouse at Defu Lane, no one injured
SINGAPORE : A warehouse storing chocolate products caught fire at around 2pm on Thursday.
The fire was confined to the third floor of a flatted factory at Defu Lane 10.
Firefighters brought the flames under control within 30 minutes.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said five people who were in the 5—storey building managed to evacuate in time. No one was injured.
SCDF is investigating the cause of the fire. — CNA /ls
