  the number plate should be QX181H instead..
  there's no ambulance registered with the number you mentioned..

  you should have seen the wrong plate number coz QX180K is a subaru impreza (?police car)..

  nope, I don't memorise all the ambulance plate numbers by heart, I use a particular site to assist me & with regards to your question if I'm an ambulance driver, the answer is nope again..
