Yeah it was supposed to be transferred to 2nd Div due to the opening of a new fire station in Marina. Tsk. I'm not referring to the motorist response to the reflective strips, but rather taking advantage of the situation by suggesting to the SSS/MIB. I think I'd do the suggestion. $4 is better than nothing.
