  well not sure how to prepare only try to keep myself fit cos i wish to be FF.

  Try going to the gym regularly & most important watch your diet...anyway, my vocation is not a FF but even so, I'll try my very best to answer any questions you might have as I'm currently serving my NS with SCDF

  Good luck for man for your upcoming enlistment! Make these final 3 months of freedom count! And yup, its good that you're maintaining your fitness; just watch your diet, if possible jog three times a week (in NS they make you run everyday); go and swim on other non-jogging days - it really helps alot in your overall fitness. But don't have to chiong jogging or swimming now; just normal moderate pace will do. As you get nearer enlistment, then can start to increase the pace and load.

  In a way can say so but at least when you're in SCDF, you learn some skills which can be put into good use when the need arises so its not such a bad thing after all

  THanks for the reply okok i will erm for CD theres no swimming lesson right. Cos ns got and they got issue with free free trunk -_- like that CD so lugi lol
  and ns got marksman to get extra money wat cd have hahaha thanks

  During my intake, they got issue us swimming trunks but for us only got 3 lessons, the ones who have the most lessons in the pool would be the pes BP squad

  You'll be notified of what are the items to bring when you receive your enlistment letter which will include a letter from SCDF of about 3 pages of what to bring, etc...well, you need to bring your own goggles so be sure to get the right one that fits you perfectly
