SINGAPORE : A fire at Pandan Loop gutted a shophouse at about 11am on Tuesday.
No one was hurt.
Mobile phone pictures taken by a witness showed the unit completely engulfed in flames and thick smoke.
The fire was controlled in about 15 minutes and contained within the affected unit.
The owner of the electrical coating company said it was actually the third time a fire had broken out at the premises.
He believes that this time, the fire could have started because of faulty machinery.
