Advise on writting letter the Colonel or Big shot

i hate my medic instructor posting.
wanna get post out to station.
But my mdm don't want let me go.
hence wanna write to cda colonel or some other big shots.
fighting pt: study medicine in future need field experience.
wat u guys think should include in my letter and how should i go about it ? -

i onli wanna asked for transfer.
and since my oc don't bother entertaining me i should ask someone else -
you want something fast, sad to say skipping COC is the best way. but u must also give your imm superior face first....let them know.

watever letter u want to write, u dun jus write anyhow to the top brass. somemore ur case is jus wanna transfer. its not some live n death matter. even life n death matter aso follow coc. by writing to the chief directly, ur not respecting ur sec com, pc, oc, co and so on... wat will they think of u if u really write to the chief? will ur life gonna b easy? think think think... if ur in the CO's shoe, how will u feel? Don't you have a manpower department? Write to the Head of Manpower in your Division or Branch, don't go straight to the top.

If you are just entertaining future thoughts about studying medicine (which is not confirmed), just accept your posting.
