Hyundai car catches fire along Upper Paya Lebar Road

A car caught fire along Upper Paya Lebar Road on Thursday.
The driver, a 52-year-old man, had noticed smoke coming out of his Hyundai Accent car at about 11.20am.
He stopped along Upper Paya Lebar Road where Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel put out the fire in a matter of minutes.
No one was hurt and the cause of the fire could not be determined.
The SCDF is investigating the matter. -
