Civil Defence Siren at 12pm 15 Sep 2005

  Just now got the siren from the Public Siren system leh....wat happened har?
  
  Usu it will ring a tune on 1st of each month at 12pm, but just now got a long siren...did some disaster happen???

  Sept 15 and Feb 14 then will here the siren as part of the SCDF excercise

  15th Sep is our Civil Defence Day , and we will use the PWS to sound off the siren .
