  Don't worry ! If u r pes b and u intend to go all the way ! u'll might be able to make it into the ERS course ! Pay is good, work load is good & you'll get pretty alot of exp when you turn out for fire calls !

  actually i kinda like being posted to civil defence. i did get a few looks by friends when i said i was in civil. shrugs

  were u able to get along with the malays though? that's kinda my main concern

  Malays...easy to please....u try and be laid back arh.....hehe..take it from me...i'm malay....but i'm somehow not a laidback person but a serious one...so i guess that explains my lack of malay frens.....LoL...but i guess u should just be ureself....

  Pay i think can reach 750 wafter taking a few courses...quite decent.

  Get used to those looks mate ! Really ! I donno why a chinese can't get posted into SCDF without having those eyes ! Sickening !
  
  Oh really ! It is meaningful mate ! I felt great after putting out a fire @ a petrol kiosk after my duty !
