Hi guys! I've been following this topic for a while and finally created this account.
This was my application timeline:
September - Submitted application for senior police officer position
November - Selection Assessment; Dialogue
December - Psychologist interview
Jan - Panel inteview
March - Medical checkup; Offer call
So grateful for the job offer!
@Nevershoutnever,
I'm also having the same timeline, we will be in the same intake.
Ok I guess everyone already gotten their replies or started their intake in March... I only applied for the position on 4th march... :( Lots of waiitng to do... Still waiting ever since I've sent in my application... T_T
Haha guess we will be meeting real soon! Where are all of your attachments at?
@vengeS be patient :) it is a long process. But if your application is successful it will be really rewarding. Did you apply online in March?
Haha. Having my Selection Assessment this Wed. Not sure what to prepare tho, especially for the written questions... lol
Written questions meaning the essay bit? I think just be prepared to write fast and accurately. They require you to write one and a half pages in 30 mins. So including planning what to write and structuring everything properly. You are probably left with 15-20 mins to finish writing. That bit was a little taxing for me.
As for the questionnaire the first few sections also require you to work fast. They will give you paragraphs for you to read followed by a couple inference questions. I noticed quite a few people did not manage to finish all the questions
@iceternity Yes I did apply online in March... So I'm just waiting. Anyway the written questions sounds intimidating... =x

Oh ya... regarding to the documents that they need, for exam slips if we do not have doesn't matter right as long as we have our diploma/degree transcripts that should be ok right?
and I also like to know around what time will the whole thing usually end?

Good day guys,
Only just bothered to create an account today to provide some help for newer applicants. Just went for my Dialogue Session today..
Anyways, for new applicants, Selection Assessment process goes like this.
Attendance taking
Filling up of several pages of personal particulars forms, including immediate family particulars, occupation and office location as well, so get those ready.
Administrative instructions for Psychometric Test
Several Time-sensitive tests which requires full attention to the statements and answers, followed by another test which is OTOT..
Lunch
Physical assessment (height n weight, declaration of tattoo, etc), no fitness test.
Submission of documents.
For the documents, apart from what was listed, you could also prepare your passbook, driver's license, necessary certifications, all original and photocopied. Don't worry if you missed out anything, they'll verify again during the dialogue session if you're shortlisted.
Pardon me if missed out some details and also if i'm not that precise cuz i dunno if these are meant to be in this forum..
SA should end before 5pm..
For the dialogue session, i'm sure many of the above posts alr mentioned. Just be yourself i guess.. Eat some breakfast before hand cuz there might be some waiting..
Cheers and good luck to all.. Hope to see some of you in future..

Thank you so much @Sunscreen, that was indeed helpful! :D
Oh i forgot to add the 30min essay, but yeah it was mentioned already.. The topics require some forward thinking, and don't bother asking the people around you, they have a few different essay titles prepared=) think fast, write faster..
