Hahah the question I got was 'if u could change something about the SPF, why would u do and why?'
I heard from a few others that they got a question asking about the core values of the SPF.
So I guess it might be related to your thoughts about SPF?? :)

Hihi, i went for the SA yesterday. I find the Essay ok as i did prepare for it but as for the phycometrix test, alot of 50-50 arh!!!!! How do u find the test?
Essay was ok. I could write more and be more polished in writing with more time but should be ok. At least I have something to write and not at a loss for words, figuratuvely. The first part of the psychometric test (40 question) is really tricky. After that it gets mentally exhausting with all those personality type of qns. I would not be surprised if i got booted out at this stage but I think I still stand a chance as I dont think I did too horribly. Not exceptional, yes but not too horribly I hope
.
Hi, I went for the dialogue session on 13th Sept, just got a call yesterday to schedule my psych assessment tomorrow. All the best to those who are still awaiting results!
Sad to hear that. I passed. Received email to go for dialogue session on 27th.
How about the rest?
Sorry to hear that @lethalgic. I too just received an email wrt the dialogue session on the 27th. Stoked to receive the invitation, yet managing expectations as the entire process is expected to take real long with no guarantees on the outcome.
Originally posted by lethalgic:If anyone dont mind sharing, for those who went on 7 Sept SA, how are the results? I received the rejection letter
@lethalgic
i went on the 07 and i got the rejection email 1 week after. :(
hopefully we will have a better luck next time.
cheers
Anyone else still waiting after going for panel in July?
Has anyone received news after going for the 14th sept SA? The suspense is killing me
@ilovetoeatatniceplaces
The wait is usually about a month according to my own timeline as well as the rest on this forum. Hope you did ok, good luck!
Hi everyone! Newbie here.
I went for the SA on 14/09/2016.
Just received an email for the dialogue session on 04/10/2016. Anyone else got the email as well?
@lethalgic sorry to hear that too, hope you are feeling ok.
@Xalvier I got the invitation to the dialogue session on 27th sept too. Agree with @ceekayyeo about the managing expectations part :/ And all the best to you two!
I just got received a call to go on my psych assessment on 26/9.. As for those who are going for dialogue.. They only asked me 3 questions. Intro myself, Why police and leadership experience. That's it.. All the best for those who are going..
Anw my dialogue was on 20/9
@poopyman Do u know what questions will be asked on pysch assessment?
Hi some topics for the selection assessment was " how do u think that the spf can better manage public expectations? if there is something that you can change in spf what would it be and why?" "what do you think are the traits and characteristic of a successful police officer?" Hope it helps for those going for the first round SA.
Hi everyone :)
Just looking out for those who applied in the July/2016 period of time.
Applied on the 17th of July via Career@Gov and have yet to receive any call or message. Status is still 'in progress', thus I realise I should just wait & hope for the best... but I am just so excited! Just wondering if there's anyone out there who's in the same predicament, having signed up during this same period and have yet to get a response of any kind.
Cheers!
