Hi YNWA.1892, haha I got the Thank You email about a week after my Dialogue Session. So I guess I will have to re-apply again in 6 months time. A little sad but I kinda expected it due to my performance during the interview.
Anyway, just a note I got from a colleague whose friend also went for the Dialogue Session. This goes out to all those who are going for the dialogue session soon. They don't want decorated answers, all they want is HONEST answers. For instance, if your reason to join the SPF is because of the attractive income, just say so. Answers like "Oh I want to join the SPF because I want to make a difference in society and I like helping others in the community." is too superficial and cliche. Anyone can come up with such an answer.
I think I kinda screwed up my dialogue session by being quite nervous. My voice was wavering occasionally and I guess I wasn't really giving the answers they are looking for.
To the best of my memory, these are some of the questions they asked:
1. Tell me about yourself and why do you want to join the SPF.
2. Give us an account in your life when your leadership skills were put to the test.
3. What are some of the qualities a leader should have?
Sorry but I can't really remember the rest of the questions they asked me. Oh well, better luck next time.

oh sorry to hear tt leechking. Hmmmm if I judge by own answers it would fall as "decorated", "cliche" and "superficial" but I did consider my answers to be honest tho :/ i hope my testimonial does back what i said during the dialogoe session.
Ended the interview by asking them when can i expect to hear from them and they told me 2-3 weeks time. I hope that was a good indication.

I received call from psychology department 3 days after dialogue session. Does this mean I am through the dialogue session? or is this a concurrent process?
@kazewind Congratulations, u probably cleared the AD dialogue.

Yep, congrats on moving on to the next stage!
From what I understand the clinical evaluation is a no pass/fail stage, so you're through all the way to the board interview as well. Best of luck to you. :)
Got my date for panel interview. Just wondering when is the next available intake for the course. Is there any end of the year? Am hoping can get into the end of the year course slot if any.
