1 week counter .
The other 3 weeks unsure yet , but basically these attachment are more to see see look look and same for me, whenever there's opportunities to bring me for meeting or exercises , he will.
I stay at Cantonment, posted to Cantonment Complex...
And I have a printed schedule for me, stating which weeks I will be posted to which divisions within Cantonment and the other NPCs of Alpha Div. Previously my in-charge told me that the ideal time for an attachment is actually 2 weeks... so 5 weeks for me is very spread out.
I've fortunately got to visit some court hearings today, to understand how the police are involved in these activities.
aaaand I also know theres another person coming in for attachment next week to Cantonment!

Hey thanks man. Such a worry for me Coz I'll be getting married end of this year.
Helloo,
Can anyone confirm that rejection emails will usually be sent out within 2 weeks of the panel interview? I might have mistook what the HR people said ><
Had my panel on april fools' day and the wait's killing me.
Cheers!

I got posted to Clementi NPC:
2 weeks of GRF, followed by CSF then finally CPU
There are times whereby it's very ZBL too but some days are just madness.
Who do you guys report to usually?
For those doing attachment now, do you all have a printed schedule for what yall will be doing? I was given the first day schedule but not sure if there was one for subsequent days.
So far is really a bit boring during attachment. I was given a rough schedule like which day i will be at which dept. I am also rotating around to observe.

I think they were not sure what to do with me at first and put me in CPU (i thought it was because there was some guideline where we can't follow grf and csf as we are untrained SOs). Finding it a bit strange to remain in one unit now that I realize most of you get to rotate and observe what the different units do.
@nevershoutnever @meiqi i get to follow GRF but i do sit out at times if they are doing 'ops'
@seawulf did u receive the call/email to go for medical?

Shenton just mailed me for the medical today.. Going for it on 6th June.. LONG WAIT!! anyway, heard the next intake after the may one should be in July/August.. Hope i can get that~~
Hi @sunscreen , can you state your hiring timeline? It seems to be a rather fast process for yours as you went for dialogue (2nd stage) on the 29march? Then panel 18th, and you are scheduled for medical on 6th june.
Thanks.
Hi all, just want to know previously i applied for position of APO for cisco and have done all the medical requirements and confirmed signing of LOA and commence training on 18 of april 2016 initially but on 14 april rcved a call from cisco saying that the police rejected my clearance and are not allowed to inform me what was the reason. And now i have applied for aetos APO. Becos of my age i definitely cant apply for SPF but Aetos is the next best thing for me and now i am waiting for clearance again and afraid it will be reject so what kind of check do police do so it can be cleared. i have no criminal records and such but what can be the issue?
@ctzh My time line is not that fast.. Waited 2 mths for the SA..
23 Dec 2015 Applied
17 Feb SA
4th Mar Dialogue (postponed due to reservist)
29th Mar Dialogue
12th Apr Clinical
18th Apr Panel
6th June Medical..
Hi Guys,
Do you think upon course commencement we will be allowed to apply for leave (~2 weeks) for reasons like marriage, pre-booked travel plans? Currently at SA stage and looking at the average waiting time it should be Aug or Sep 2016 to commence training if successful... What if already got pre-booked plans for travel in Oct and planning to get married next year ah?
Really appreciate advise on this, thanks!
