@Exvinix should be considered quite safe. They mentioned rejections generally should reach us in 2 weeks after SA.

Just done with my psy interview today. Haha it took about 1 hr. And I feel drained after that!

Received the email for invitation to the dialogue session with AD Manpower on 6 Feb 2015.
May I know roughly how long will the whole session takes including waiting time.
The slot scheduled for me is 8:45 am.
I need to leave by 2 pm. Can someone advice if it will ends before that ?

Hi @Exvinix, it depends on the order which you would be called in. After you report at the stipulated time, they will get you guys to fill up some forms and also to submit any outstanding documents needed. After which they will brief you about what to expect if you get the job. (the 9 months stay, rotation after come out from HTA etc). After that, your batch of people will be seated outside the room to wait for your interview. I was from the 1025am batch, some from the 845am batch was still outside when we came out. I came out before 1230. So I believe you should be safe to be able to leave before 2pm.

Anyone attended the Dialogue Session today 12 Feb , just now ?
My dialogue was kind of weird as the AD Manpower was not around , instead there are 3 very young Manpower Officer ,doesn't seem very professional as they don't look at me when I speak .
Session for all the candiate was very fast , 10-15 Min

I am moving to the 3rd stage of this recruitment process :)
So far its been like that for me...
Went for SA on 14 Jan 2015, received news on 5 Feb to go to manpower dialogue.
Went for manpower dialogue on 10 Feb, received news on 13 Feb to go for clinical interview.
I have no idea what to expect from this clinical interview >.<

If you just applied yesterday, you will take around 5-6 months before reaching the stage where you are given the contract with vital. So regarding next intake for u, it will be several months later..

I went for panel interview yesterday, according to the recruiter the result will be out as early as 1-2 weeks or latest 3-4 months. She also did mentioned that Parkway Shenton will call us to schedule for medical checkup and having to receive the call does not necessarily mean we have pass the panel. They are trying to expedite the process, thus it's done concurrently. :)

but I just receive a call where he ask me about my education in chronologic order. And thats all. I'm only graduating with my degree in May , private institution thou... Any idea what that means?

I think i managed to handle the questions, was trying my level best to not waver under their glaring eyes. HAHA! Thank you! ^^
Anw just a quick update: received email from vital this afternoon in regards to pre-employment checkup and was told that a personel from the clinic will arrange a slot for us.
Recruitment also dropped an email asking to furnish them with CPF transaction history and notice period.

Hi Laides/Gents,
I applied for the SPO position on 24th Jan; just got the email to attend the selection assessment on 25th which involves:
Psychometric test, Physical Assessment & Verification of documents
Any kind soul able to share what goes down during this assessment ?
What does the physical assessment invovle ? cos they said no sports shoes required so i'm kinda wondering what will they require us to do ?
Btw, anyone here also attending the session on 25th ?

Rejection will be made known via email, prolly in 1-2 weeks after dialogue. As for myself, the call for psychologist interview came exactly in 2 weeks.
