SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man, believed to be in his 30s and 40s, to assist in its investigations into a case of outrage of modesty, which took place inside a train from Bugis towards City Hall on Monday.
The man is described to be about 1.65m to 1.70m in height, bald, with a plump build and has tanned complexion.
He was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt and long pants as well as carrying a black bag.
