FIrst time shoplifting

  Hi All,

   

     Appreciate your understanding and suggestion.One of my friend unmindfully put a cloth and two purse into her bag and forgot to pay it.While leaving,the security staff asked to check her bag and found the stuff.My friend was willing to pay,but they called police.Later on she was taken to the police station where she told that he was leaving the shop and was unmindful that he forgot the pay for the stuff.after taking her statement,she was released on bailed but asked to appear on 11th Feb 2014.

  Please can you tell what penality she may get?

  She is a first timer and she is sure that this will never be repeated.She will be cautious henceforth.

  Once, I was lining up for cai png and was thinking about something else, when the uncle ask me what I want for my cai png, I answered teh o.

  There is no such thing as accidentally putting stuff into her bag, how careless can somebody be to do such a thing? It will be treated as shoplifting.. Anyway why would she place those stuff into her bag in the first place?
