i also don't understand why it is so hard to get in. I have a degree but they also don't accept me. I do not have much time left too, hitting 30 years old soon. It is really sad but i will keep trying.

Are your degree from private instituition or local universities? Although it was stated that the degree must be from universities accredited by the home government of the country where the university is located. Also do you completed your National Service with PES A or B? : http://www.spf.gov.sg/career
Also I think you can considered other options like CAD or Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau
Honestly, just reading your post, I can say that further education is absolutely necessary.
Firstly, your language is horrible. With your level of English, you can't even file a proper police report or understand the lessons on law. How to be police officer?
If you really want to fulfil your dreams - study hard. Or you can try join CISCO or AETOs are an auxiliary police officer. They have lower entry requirements because they do not need to handle police reports etc. - just need to carry gun and protect a place.

They only accept degrees from NUS/NTU/SIM/SMU and recognised overseas institutions.
If its any kind of dubious degree, they won't accept, no point even trying.

As someone has said before, YOUR ENGLISH IS HORRIBLE.
Let me edit your passage [it was wasn't editied perfectly, still a lot of mistakes I have not correct.]
Due to my low education level low (3 N level) they rejected my email application by email!!. I dream to become an policemen since I was young when was childhood, but and im 23 yrs old now, i don't wanna waste anytime finding outside job as because i hope to get my dream job, but i dont know why joining the police force is so hard a hard way and no I doubt why they require higher qualification for their police officers? as it shall given more singaporean a chance to prove what it is. There should be more chance given to Singaporeans to prove themselves worthy of the job. as because not many singaporean wantsed to join the civil goverment service because of the lower pay compared to the private sector. as their salary comparing to private comany but why they have needed to set an such high education standard to join them?

A more accurate correction:
Due to my low education standard (3 N level), they rejected my email application! I had dreamed to be an police officer since I was a child, but I’m 23 yrs old now, I don’t want to waste any more time finding an outside job because I hope to get my dream job, but I don’t know why joining the police is so hard and there’s no doubt that it requires a higher qualification as it shall give more Singaporeans a chance to prove what it is. As not many Singaporeans wanted to join government service because their salary as compared to that of a private company is lower, why did they have to set such an high education standard to join them?

Like everyone here has said..... further your education first.
These days we have university graduates entering the police force. So to be brutally frank, why should the police hire an N Level graduate?
And before you say it, yes, they do need relatively well-educated people to serve in the force. How can you enforce the law when you are not educated enough to understand its basics? How do you write a police report when your English is too poor for others to understand? Can I trust you to learn the police academy syllabus when you have difficulties learning our school syllabus?
