I got scammed by my friend...Which police statation to go?

Hi Guys,
I got scammed by my friend. He took my money and never deliver the things. So far I got from him merely excuses. I can not believe he will do this to me. vey sad.
Do you know which police station to file the report for this case?

prepare the evidence... without evidence... might be abit hard for police to do anything except lodgement of the report.

only sms text messg. you know he is not stranger or what...a friend. can you believe that friend will do this to you? well..only friend will cheat you, not strangers.
Any station or headquarters in new phoenix park? or Can I go file report to Tanglin Police then go to Bedok Police? really pissed me off...

Only those supporters of Naruto the pang sai would believe that being stupid and friendship is everything and losing your money and life is not important. Anyway what are the goods that your friend promised to give you after payment, iPhone ? Do you have your friend 's company address or his family members ' contact numbers so that you can contact either his superior or close members to "pressure" him for the payment instead of going to the police cos you get no receipt or witness he can even accused you of extort money from him in legal point of view.
