  yjkeh, can we exchange contacts? i may need your help. We are probably going into the same squad and intake. I had some problems going for the orientation set on 29th Aug-31st Aug. I will only be joining on the 3rd sept. Still need to get down to vital.org to sign my training deed. Ha... anyhow.   Basically its sharing your life story with the person. They will ask more about your history and also qns about your answers on the ultra long survey and the questionairre you filled in during the assessment. The only way to properly prepare for this is to think through your life and what you have filled in for the questions so you can anticipate their qns.

  Haha not so power la. But if you do have anger management issues, they are bound to ask you about it. Word of caution, whatever you reveal at this session will be viewed by the interviewers at the panel. So if you say something controversial, be prepared to defend it later.

  Yes. And they will question all the things that you wrote in the questionnaires that was given to you during the selection assessment.

  I just realised I might still have to wait for another 2 months plus if I am choosen for the position.... T.T Means must find another part-time job. Hopefully my current pt will extend me. Else lobo for months damn sian.

  I calculated, now already end of Aug. The panel interview will likely be in 3 weeks time or what. By then already ending or mid Sept. After which there is a medical check up. Btw what is the medical check up about ah? I scared pass all and fail medical T.T

  Errm, for medical, its just 1-2 weeks after panel. Thats what the guy told me, so I think you will be in time for the Oct intake if you clear everything. And yes, yjkeh, what the medical consist of? X-ray, urine test and? Btw, who will mail the medical letter to you? SPF or raffles medical? I am damn nervous mans, 1 week has passed, and I am still under shortlisted. Haha, I hope I'll be able to get it mans.

  X-Ray, Urine Test, Blood Test and height weight measurement. Machiam like university health checkup. If you go really early when they just open, you can be done in like 40 mins. Do go early since the crowd starts to build up after a while and your waiting time goes on to 1 to 2 hours. SPF will send you the form directly. I am guessing you will get your letter by next friday

  Did I just see BLOOD TEST..... My word. I just took my blood test leh. Can ask them retrieve from polyclinic mah..................... I have low blood pressure, will they kick me out....

  Haha blood test just draw out a tube of blood then they send for analysis or something. HAha orientation postponed to next week instead.

  SPO lor... But my circumstances a bit different... Selection in dec last year and panel interview in march.... So dun worry about the waiting... Lol
