  I just checked my status is shortlisted but i haven't recd any news after the 2nd interview....

  Miracle_51, dialogue session is interview with 2 manpower personel. Should be one AD and one something else.

  chloerachel, why u feel u will fail?is it the dialogue session very hard? what is roughly content in that session?

  Congrats miracle. I was unsuccessful so I guess it ends here for me n I will continue waiting for prisons to reply... All the best for your AD dialogue session.

  Hi Miracle 51, it will firstly be an interview w AD, after which an interview w the psychologist, then a panel interview and lastly a medical.

  Hey yup going in for this intake. My offer letter wrote 29Aug but didn't mention anything about orientation so i have no idea about it. Are you in the intake as well? Well, it's good we have a few more days of freedom.

  Hey they will call and then ask you to find your 2 surety to sign the training deed at vital. It can be done at shortnotice since they actually wanted me to start on the 7 aug and informed me on the 3rd. The plan was sign deed on monday and enter on tuesday. But i declined since i wanted to train up physically before entering since i haven't moved much after my exams

  Is it possible to re-apply? I was rejected after the Dialouge session and I would like to try again.

  I was the last among 6 candidates so basically the people in front of me already set the bench mark and the qns they posed to me was quite tricky. The kind you wouldn't have any idea to think on the spot. I am still waiting for results. The person said if I am selected, I will likely be in the Oct/Nov batch.

  Hi Chloerachel, mind to share roughly what kind of tricky question they threw to u...? They might be use others ppl b4 u as a benchmark. but if u have try your best to answer them, I think that is what they need ... your on the spot performance... : ) gd luck..

  Haha they are doing mass recruiting now. They want to boost the number of SOs up to 1 to 4JOs or something. Good news for everyone i guess. Haha i think i can defer cos they only notified me at the very last min. Anyway i think you can also request for a later starting date such as those who require to have notice period before quitting.

  Hey its possible but i think you have to wait at least 1 year. Not very sure about that. You can check witht the Recruitment officer.

  I also think that they evaluate you based on your performance and notnwhat you say. In my session, i only had the manpower officer cos the AD was in a meeting. She asked me qns like why i want to join the police force, what i was studying, how it was relevant, then we even talked about my family. So i guessed that they decide based on how confident and composed you are when tackling those qns and also that you show enough passion and interest for the police force.

  I think it's not convenient to share the qn. But usually qn are quite standard if you read through the forums. I am still waiting for their email....

  yjkeh, how long did they get back to you from second round to the third round huh?

  I did my second round 1st and then my assessment later so my status is slightly different. But i was invited to the physchologist interview in a week after my assessment.
