hoooo.... police-y guys, where are you?
hi, yjkeh
thanks for ur reply.. im glad tht i got my invitation for SPO selection assessment.. which falls tomorrow morning 21st march..
though il probably fail cuz of my small, non visible tattoo which il declare and get rejected T.T
but still it will be a good experience..
hey....... any aspiring SPOs out there who have applied and currently waiting to be called up for assessment? just wondering if anyone know when the next assessment will be
Hi Ffangchee, Im going for assessment next wed 2nd May, are you going?
Hi Chris_11, may i know when did you apply for it?
oh wow. i applied on april 14th. waiting sucks huh.
anyone went for the selection this morning? quite surprise to see so many girls.
just went for the dialog with the AD on 16th April. rejection letters to my other friends have been sent, but i'm still under shortlisted. :)
i know all about the training and all that, but what the hell does C course mean? what does the C mean? any ideas? haha.
for those who just went for selection etc, be prepared to wait damn long for results. the whole process from stage 1 to 5 should take about 5 months according to my friend. personally i waited for 3 months or so to receive the date for dialog with AD although shortlisted or rejected result for stage 1 was after about 2 weeks.

congrats.
as we know that the demand for SPO is much lower than than JPO, i believe it's really tough to get in esp when the job opening is opened for 1 whole year but they are only looking for 10 or 20 SPO?
for the Manpower interview, just be relaxed and do your best. be honest, be sincere, and have a conversation with her. She's a really nice person.
i'm still wondering. haha what does the C in C course mean? haha.
wah lan eh............
so farking lazy ah............join the police FARCE............
so willing to let people know u r a loser ah..............

me.. still am considering thou..... after reading the unsuccessful applications by SIM grads, im contemplating on going for this assessment session :/
Hi! I'm new here.
I am thinking of applying in as SPO. But I'm currently pursuing part time degree at SIM-UOL. Is there a chance that I can apply and wait for the notification from them? Do I need good grades to get in?
Another thing is what are the chances of female getting in?
Are the selection criteria for female, the same as male?
Shirlene right? When will you be graduating from your degree course? I reckon it'll be better if you apply maybe 3 months before you graduate? With regards to grade, it's not all that matters but like the website states, you need to have at least a pass.
I do not know about the chances though and the selection criteria is as stated on the website. The rest really depends on the higher authority over at SPF.
to everyone waiting for the next stages, be advised it takes FOREVER for them to get back to you.
for my case, 1st stage in December, called up for 2nd stage in March. just got called up for 3rd stage yesterday.
all in all, the whole process takes about 5-6 months from start to finish, so apply as early as possible.
Hello everyone,
Has anyone been called for further interviews already? Be it with the AD, psychologist or the panel? I'm hearing nothing for a month already...
Hi! I am new here! Anyway, anyone going for the SPO Selection Assessment on the 27 June? I am from SIM-UOL and am waiting for the release of my results and my school doesnt have a GPA, etc. They require us to bring a original copy of transcript So I dont know what to bring along. Also, where to get the latest update of PES Status? Can anyone help?
