Yo.. I going down on Monday too.
Any tips or things to know before going? eg what questions they will ask? First time applying, hope can get in.
Anybody can tell me how long for it to process if selected?

Be confident . Do not panic . Well , not that hard though . Show them your good 1st impression . So , what will you be wearing ? Formal ? I don't have . Smart casual ?

The email stated strictly no tshirt and jeans allowed. I will be wearing formal wear, i.e. long sleeve shirt + black pants. Grave, you went for the selection b4? got interview for this time?

Well , i ask my good friend coz he Npco in Clementi , Anything as long no jeans , shirt , slippers , bermudas etc . Smart casual , smart or formal are the best . Me 1st time . Panel interview ? During the 1st interview i'm not sure . I'm not sure how many rounds of interview there are . For my friend , he only attend 1 interview then got selected after a few weeks or months . Not so sure .

Well , just do your best for each section because if i'm not wrong , they're based or marking etc . Do your best for marching too . For the panel interview (if have) , make sure your speeches are logic & facts . For the psychometric or whatsoever , do properly . The rest is alright . What fear me is the panel interview and the dress code . I already send an email to them if smart casual is acceptable . Waiting for their reply . Hmm .

haha. thx for your advice. Why not you borrow formal wear from your friends, just to be sure. Later they deduct points for not able to follow instructions in the email. haha.

-*PES Status (CMPB)
you know where to print it? Need to go cmpb take again? I ord already

When you go for your check up , they will provide you with that document . From CMPB . If you lost it or whatsoever , feel free to give them a call and from there they will guide you or give you the solutions :-)

Whoever ORDed will be issued a Certificate of Service. This is the official document that indicates your PES.

Just back from the selection assessment..=( Not sure why but a couple of us were asked to leave after all the tests, saying they will contact us if selected.. any idea what happened??? my dreams seems like rolling to the drain.. =(

Don't worry. I think is ALL of us were asked to leave. They got second round of selection.
