nckai,
Have u receive any news from the board intv?
I'm in a dilemma. just went for the board intv but then i have a job offer that came today. i'm afraid that if i reject my job offer and later on spf rejects me than i'm neither here nor there!
=(
What is the dialogue session regarding? It is not an interview right?
thanks nckai.
all the best to you as u continue to pursuit this dream.
I have withdrawn my application with spf and move on.
Guys I'm very new here !
I have interest in signing on as spo. But i'm only 3rd year last sem of poly. Able to grad with merit and get into Uni
So my question is , willl i be able to sign on as spo next year once i confirm a seat in local uni ( ntu / nus ) ?

Try calling up and look for Zhi Sian, he's handling SPO recruitment. They got a intake in Dec, not too late for that!

How did ur board interview go?
Reading this thread (and a few others) has given me valuable insight on what to expect should I decide to apply to be a SPO. However, a concern of mine is the physical assessment which is done to check for tattoos.
From what some people have said, it seems that NOT having a tattoo is essential to clear the assessment in order to proceed to other interviews (dialogue session, psychologist interview, board interview). This is a concern of mine since I had one done on my back for personal reasons (no dragon, tiger, or some fancy tribal design, and it certainly isn't gang-related; just two words), but it is not visible when I am wearing a top.
Therefore, I would like to ask if having a tattoo (despite it not being visible when wearing a top) would mean that I would be instantly rejected even though checks on my background would most likely reveal nothing that would give them reason for concern (given that the vocation I was in during my days as a NSF required security clearance as well).
