Warrant of Arrest from Police.. help?

Today I opened my mailbox and got the biggest shock of my life ever. I almost shit myself.
I was thinking of the possible stuffs I did, then everything cancelled out. I was WTF?!
After calling the Warrant Enforcement Unit, apparently I got a court order from NEA. No matter what, I had to go down to cantonment else they will come enforce the warrant on me.
Called NEA, apparently I was caught smoking and littering somewhere late last year.
Then I was totally in a complete WTF mode, because I wasn't in Singapore between October 1st 2009 to March 31st 2010.
My list of alibi include, family, friends, passport, ns exit permit, ICA, japanese immigrations, sg school and jp school.
The NEA guy told me to come down after I've meet the police so that I can prove to him that I wasn't in sg but he can't withdraw the charge. Only the court can.
My guess is someone used my ezlink card when he got caught as I lost it prior to leaving and didn't report.
Will I still be charged then?
Because seriously I did not commit it. Anyone?

No, just bring all your proof, you got a case against. They just need to do paperwork no matter how innocent you are. Help them, and they will help you.

Since you've got solid proof...dun need to worry de la...don't think the court would be so unreasonable as to pin the charge on you...

why dun u report this to the newpaper. let the newpaper journalists do the work for you by uncovering the goings on and the workings of these men in civil service. dun worry, just produce the passport.

1 thing which I find it fishy is that why didn't you report your lost of ezlink card? And normally, NEA should also send a 1st letter to warn you if you didn't make any payment. Didn't you receive that?

Well, take into consideration dat bro Agenda does not have his NRIC yet and the only id he has is the student ezlink card. Since there is IC no., they can always screened for the address through ICA. Hope dat answer bro Poignant qns.

I have IC already, I'm not that young anymore.
Apparently NEA can just fine you based on your NRIC and it's available on the NRIC.
Anyway, already went down to NEA to clear up with them but yet to hear anything from them. Don't like their attitude, they made me sound like it was my fault losing my stuff. As if I wanted to lose it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a police report when you lose your identity cards. Also please update your address if your residence is no longer the current one indicated on your IC.
It is extremely important.

just bring all ur proof n ask be anyone wants n willing to b ur alibi. when it comes to court case, no one wishes to be involved. if u really out of SG during the period, go ahead n bring ur passport as ur best proof.
