usually for cases like these, can bring up to coy commander(like my squad at 1 point of time)... to bring up to CO is something very big...

he is moving back to australia???is he an australian citizen?
the cause of him being punished in his unit is due to fact of his "higher" class status in oz. i know oz might be considered average to most sporeans but to these sporean youths....oz is like a different country where everybody lives in a mansion with a swimming pool and 3 sports cars(all this years models).
As your frend is way off richer or well connected world wide,it is natural most of everyone in his unit would want to poke him and see what he is made up off.his unit members may include skinny guys who joke and wanna piece of him,fat short guys who demand respect due to them being problem kids themselves and so on....
however all is not lost,he has to fight his battle in spore peacefully and live peacefully...in time they would get used to him and him used to them.
dont werry bout the bullies,,,the extreme ones would be jailed in spore or end up criminals themselves.History tells it all.
Meanwhile the rest of his unit is still ok wiv him....he has no "criminal" record!its just performance records that delaying him for promotion. H would be probably be promoted slightly longer than his cohorts.

ask your boyfriend to go AWOL and go back to Australia and never to come back again...
Also if the situation continues, he may want to call the hotline to tell them about his problems...
Another method is to post his story in the newspaper and let everyone know...
I know your bf problem from the other post about his rejection of the birthday party. Maybe your bf PR skill is lousy. He should have said something like "Well, I really could not make it on that day, maybe I will treat you personally some other day, Onz Bo Brother??
