  2 mistakes u made here...

  first, guys are always at disadvantage as the law sides the ladies more...

  second, fancy getting involved with china women, you are simply courting death..

  If I accept the warning, it is as good as admitting to a crime :(

  One, you did sms her.

  Two, you are quoting from the wrong statue with regards to defending your actions.

  Three, why should it affect your future employment when you already apologised and she accepted your apology and this is only a letter of warning?  Are you now suggesting that your apologies was done in falsehood?

  Unless you're registered, no one will know that you've been issued a warning. And even if you've been convicted before for a "minor offense", it will become spent in the near future.

  Just gracefully accept the warning and use more brains before you open your mouth in the future.

  Literally speaking.

  Point 2a......is your defence which does not seem like a use-able defence.

  However, outrage of modesty if used to throw the book at you will be more appropriate?

  TS must be smarter next time.

   

  If you just want to irrate her, apply pte number for your home phone. Than use it to make prank calls to her. But if you want to make prank call must be smart too. Don't threaten her or anything on the phone. Just keep quiet on the phone when she pick up the call and call her during midnight when she is sleeping will be the best

   

  If she want to pursue the case, it will be very troublesome. She have to file a magistrate complaint. Even if she do so, the police cannot do much except to ask you down to police station and tell you not to do that anymore.

   

  I know this because I kana magistrate complaint for using pte number to make prank call before.

  you're getting a warning precisely because the AGC deems your case not serious enough to constitute a charge. you should not appeal against it since you're in the wrong.

  nationality has nothing to do with it.

  I am teaching him the lesser of the 2 evil ways to take revenge.

   

  There is another method of taking revenge that is to come to a forum to post the woman picture and her hp number and say that she is looking for sex.

   

  This type of case will also go magistrate complain and even if the police manage to find you there is nothing much they can do except to give you a verbal warning.

  You planning to help pay for the bills or help to surrender yourself as abeting such acts?

  If it does not go to court than it will just be a verbal warning from the policeman.

   

  At that time, the policeman even told me not to worry about this case as it won't go to court as making prank calls is a very stupid case. The judge will be laughing if he/she hears this case and it is a waste of time to hear such cases. The policeman even told me he will help me to call the other party to settle this case out of court.
