"Good morning
There will be no call made unless there is a cancellation of
appointment. Thank you."so i guess appointment is still on unless they call u to cancel. haha

hey guys u all when is ur appt date?i jus went mha phq to submit birth cert etc,they check den say my appt date will be on 2nd sept,today or tml they will sent me a letter...but everything is as for nw.

Hey goldtimber89 and the guys who didn't receive the call for the confirm of bond signing tomorrow, i also do the same thing and email to the recruitment officer and she replied they will only call us if the appointment is cancel. therefore i think since i haven gotten a call from them till now, i suppose i got in. so tomorrow going down to sign!

17 july 2009 - medical checkup
16 august 2009 - email frm vincent of recruitment ask to bring down docs on 20 aug
and here is the funny part......
tis morning( 20 aug ) went to MHA PHQ to submit docs supposedly...was struck at guard house for 20min coz recruitment side nv clear my visa as i "don't have" an appointment.cause my 1 is inform me thru email,so i no letter to prove i submiting docs,in the end had to call the recruitment using the phone number i had called b4.( the guard room cisco guy gave me 2 differnet number to "contact" them tat no one pickup ).
so after the cockup my visa was cleared and im able to enter PHQ building..went in and saw 2 other ppl waiting for their 2nd interview.saw alot of files on the floor.basically is all the sign-on-to-be data there..
handed up my docs and say i can leave so i ask them abt my application status
me:at tis point of time wads the chance of me getting in
him:everything nt confirm yet,so u mus wait for letter
me:i nv get any letter so far
him:i check..
****1min later****
him:ur appt date is 2nd sept
me: wad u mean appointment??
him:the date u sign as police officer
me:i nv get any letter yet....
him:oh,we will sent u today or tomorrow
me:ok so since u say 2nd sept,everything is confirm?
him:yes,as for now confirm....( take note AS FOR NOW )
kaoz....i also dun dare to happy yet,coz nt confirm lol zzz

i think you get your letter first then the picture will be clearer...
because we have to sign bond first then appointment date then start of training.. all 3 on different days...
If your appointment date is the same as us then should be same intake liao...

haha. for now u jus hav to wait for their letter lor. Guys, on the letter there's a appointment formalities session 7 sept 10am, the day before commencement of training must go right? wonder wat we ll be doing on that day.

i thought bond signing = appt date?so im wrong all along..
wads the different between bond signing and appt?which 1 first?
coz the guy told me tat my appt is 2 sept as for nw,but nv mention bond signing date

i think paperwork and swearing in or something.. i dont know
vitasoys: yah for us its 3 seperate dates, don't know about the others. bond signing first, appointment then start of training
