They actually change the OE word somewhere in 2003.
They dont use Oscar Echo......anymore. They call it Rest Time.

theft in dwelling, 380. drugs = depends. 8a for possession, 8b for consumption. just like the sections of the affected acts, i.e. cap 224 or cap 185.

actually, they still do use it. OE = Official Ease.
