climb on overhead bridge? i no think is pedestrain overhead bah? if is a overhead bridge for cars, you expect him to use X-ray to see what is happening and fly down like super man?
block one lane to allow vehicles to pass through blocked lane? block or not block? how would the TP helped? this one need some explaination bah, i can't visualise...

let me sexplain.
205 braddell road is Comfort Delgro HQ.
outside there, traffic from CTE, Lor Chuan are to merge from three lanes to two lanes to one lane. and after the one lane, there is a stretch of double white line to disallow traffic to filter to the lanes that come from the underpass - traffic from bartley road.
and according to TS, up ahead got tree-pruning. so it only makes the already bad situation worse. -

yup.. it wont help. it'll only make it worse. imagine a lorry filters out...
and an impatient car behind the lorry cannot tahan even more and swerves an additional lane. and traffic from the underpass comes at 70-80km/h.
you do the conservation of momentum equations...

more occurences of people getting booked for speeding, crossing double white lines this quarter from what i see across various online forums. -

Was the traffic totally stand still, not moving at all at this 3lane ->2lane->1lane? Drivers have to follow the Queue...not by giving excuses that the traffic flow was slow and need to overtake from right by crossing the double white line...
If the lane was totally blocked due to traffic accident, yes, TP was not doing the job to ease the traffic. However, for this case, vehicles were still needed following the Q....right...
This was the time to summon drivers who jump the Q, TP was doing the right thing...
