  They already gave you the reason.  SPF covers some of CNB work.  So even though its not part of SPF, the thread is moved here.

  Ministry of Home Affairs.  If you check thru the telephone directory of Singapore, you may even learn that CPIB is not under MHA but directly under PM office.

  ie. CPIB: Corruption Practices Investigation BBBB something.  Guys, remind me...its Buerau or Branch?

   

  PM office is Prime Minister Office.
